"This paint in my opinion is the magic sauce for refinishing projects quickly with an extremely durable glossy finish.  Polysiloxane paints have a much stronger chemical bond when compared to epoxy so this paint can be applied directly over raw fiberglass, fairing putties, and more with out the need for primers.  The super high solids content will cover most substrates when sprayed in ONE COAT.  If you are rolling it will typically take two coats to full cover.  The biggest downside to this paint is that it will not lay flat like a properly applied polyurethane however though extensive testing in my shop I am able to get really good "flat" glossy finish using the correct gun and thinners. If you are looking to paint your boat on a budget and willing to sacrifice a little bit of finish quality, this is for sure the best choice."
