If you have questions about a product or service that cannot be found on my website, please include as much information as possible so I can respond to your question efficiently.  

If you have questions about a custom project and it requires sending me photos for reference, please send me a direct email to russ@boatcrafterscompany.com and include the photos as an attachment. This contact form does not allow photo attachments. 

Please note that I run this company by myself, and I need to make all communications as efficient as possible. I would love to talk on the phone with every customer who has a question, but taking phone calls during the day cuts into my production significantly. If you need to talk to me on the phone and your questions cannot be answered via email, I am happy to call you, but please be respectful of my time.
