Alexseal Super Build 302 High Build Epoxy Primer

Super Build 302 Primer is a very high-build surfacing primer used to fill and fair low spots after applying epoxy putty fillers. It can be applied by spray up to 12mil thickness per coat and a maximum of 20mils with a 3-coat application. 

Rolling is also possible using the Alexseal Epoxy Primer Reducer, which keeps a wet edge during the rolling process. 

Gel coat must be sanded with P80 - P150 grit.
Fiberglass resin should be ground with P36 - P60 and/or sandblasted. The surface and bottom of any profile should be dull and abraded, with no shiny spots.

Refit and repair: Old coatings must have good adhesion and chemical resistance and be sanded with P100 - P150 grit. If the old coating is questionable, a compatibility test should be performed.

ALEXSEAL Super Build 302 should be sealed with ALEXSEAL Finish Primer 442 (or a similar finish primer) prior to topcoating.
