This new door is ready to be installed with no defects or blemishes.  We made this for a personal project but did not use it. 

Outside Frame: 11"x11" / Cutout Required 10"x10"

The latch shown in the photo below is a Gemlux 2" Stainless Slam latch, which is NOT included in the price of this door. If you’d like to order this latch, I only sell Gemlux Hardware, and it’s available HERE.

Door latch opening will accept most slam latches that use a 2" cutout and you can find economy white nylon versions from Amazon or EBay for under $10.
